These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Big Bird Travel website at https://bigbirdtravel.com and any travel services you purchase from or through Big Bird Travel and Tourism ("Big Bird Travel", "we", "us", "our").

By using our website or booking a service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Big Bird Travel provides travel services including but not limited to:

• Holiday packages (flights, hotels, transfers, activities)
• Visa application assistance (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE visit visas, Umrah visas)
• Flight ticket booking
• Hotel reservations
• UAE tours and activities
• Umrah and Hajj packages
• Travel insurance facilitation
• Corporate travel management

We act as a travel agent and facilitator. For certain services, we act as agent for airlines, hotels, ground operators, and insurance providers, whose own terms and conditions also apply.

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form (or WhatsApp/email confirmation) and the required deposit or full payment.
• Prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may change prior to booking completion.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, card payment, or approved payment link. A receipt or invoice will be issued for every payment received.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional prices are valid for a limited period and subject to availability.

• Our visa fees cover preparation, review, and submission services - these are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Government visa fees and embassy charges are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
• Processing times stated are estimates based on current embassy schedules and may vary.
• You are responsible for ensuring all information and documents provided to us are accurate and complete.

• Package prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
• Seasonal surcharges (public holidays, Ramadan, school holidays) may apply and will be disclosed in your quote.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to booking confirmation.

Cancellation policies vary by service type, airline, hotel, and destination. Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.

• Service fees charged by Big Bird Travel are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.
• Third-party cancellation fees (airlines, hotels, operators) apply as per their individual policies.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for the required period and that you hold the correct visas for your destination(s).
• Big Bird Travel is not liable for delays, losses, or expenses arising from incorrect or insufficient travel documents.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all international travel.

Big Bird Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers. We are not liable for any act, omission, or negligence of these third parties.

Our maximum liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for that booking, excluding third-party supplier costs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
